Doctor
If you require medical attention, please contact the Reception desk. They will call the doctor who is on call 24 hours a day at a cost.
Dress Code
In the interest of health and safety, please do not come into indoor bar, restaurants and covered areas wet and barefoot.
Dress code in all our indoor restaurants and bars is smart casual.

Evacuation
If the alarm is raised, the bells will ring throughout the building. If the bells ring intermittently, it means an emergency has arisen.
You are in no immediate danger, but be ready to evacuate the building. If the bells rings continuously, leave immediately using the nearest exit or stairway.

Operates from 07:00 till 21:30 in the main building (-1 floor) inside the SPA area.
Our equipment: Treadmills, Stationary bikes, Rowing machine, Multi-station machine, Elliptical machine, pairs of weight from 1 to 15kg each, yoga and pilates equipment.

The Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort is equipped with a highly sophisticated detection and alarm system and offers the best possible protection.
Smoke detectors have been installed on all floor corridors, public areas and guest rooms.

Safety Deposit Boxes
To lock the safe box, close the door, enter your code within three minutes and max 6 digits and then press the E button.
To open it, enter the personal code you have previously set and then press the E button.
IMPORTANT: At the end of your stay, leave the safe OPEN.

Smoking inside the rooms or closed areas is not allowed.
Sun-beds
Sun-beds are free of charge for all guests staying at Kassandra Palace. It is against our hotel’s policy to occupy a sun-bed when not being present. The hotel has the right to remove any item occupying a sun-bed and allocate another guest.
